@Dillion well if your local is up to date you can tell by looking at what block it is now. Also for reward assigment use the links i gave, it will load directly and not through AIO. and it should be due to pools (you can check it real easy by just looking up on blockchain what is your current reward address) it might affect only if pools wallet is not up to date (but then pool wouldnt really work since it would be in the past of blockchain).
EDIT: Error 5 is possible only in couple ways: Its a new account so it doesnt have its public key published or blockchain hasnt been fully synced and is at a point before said account has been created (so as far blockchain knows it doesnt exist).

RE: usenet issue on walletposted in General Discussion
@sayem314 then there is something else going on since wallet determines if its testnet or not by checking that port (i mean wallet UI).

by not using port 6876 to login into your wallet

@Dillion all wallets are the same in a way that they use same burst java client (we can call it core if you will) so you can do that everywhere :) in case of AIO if you dont need the password manager or something like that you can go to the folder where its installed (place that has burst_db) there is run.bat file with it you can launch just the core client and access the wallet on http://127.0.0.1:8125 or the reward recipient change file http://127.0.0.1:8125/rewardassignmentshort.html alternatively for the local ones https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/3969/reward-assigment-mod ;)

@JunglEDoN either entering wrong pool account or your own account is wrong. A bit hard to conjure answers without any additional information like: your wallet ID for one.

RE: YASAssetposted in Asset Exchange
@ZapbuzZ yea that time i had it stashed as impossible buy order so as not to mix with my own funds and completely missed it when converting to BURST among my own buy orders :) And thats why i log those transactions in google sheets :D as it showed me right away that there is a discrepancy between BTC earned and BTC spent :)

RE: Strange Errorposted in Mining & Plotting
@altin.preniqi you have two overlaping plot files and it seems one of them will be useless as the other one covers it and then some.
since in both plot file starts at 500000001 nonce.

RE: Why now this joke...posted in Help & Support
@vmantilla what @Gibsalot said, others are just not big enough. We tried to get burst listed on cryptopia but sadly due to technical reasons they cant add it :( so if need burst go to bittrex or polo

RE: YASAssetposted in Asset Exchange
Weekly Summary (2017.06.18)
Information Website: yasa.rimvis.lt
Detailed Logs and Statistics: Google SheetTotal shares sold: 48374 (0 since last week)
Market movement: 285 shares changed hands.News: Not much to write about this week. Coins held by asset performing at an expected price ranges:
- NET coin increaset in price by 2 sats (to 27 sats).
- XQN seems to be steadily climbing and now is at 140 sats.
- BITB has been going down, but no lower as 160 sats. If it does go down dramatically, i would buy some from personal funds and set it as a helper for asset :)
BTC price drop affected total asset value by ~2000$ But that is also expected due to BTC current volatility.
Lets see what this upcoming week brings to the table - will BTC price increase again, will altcoins surge up or crash. And has BURST finally stabilized its price at ~600 sats.
People wanting to support asset directly can buy shares by direct exchange of staked coins to asset at the current share price (20 Burst) or by contacting me for a deal for your chosen crypto currency (as long its on Poloniex or Bittrex and enough to be able trade them on said exchanges)
ATTN: Shareholders who has shares with bonus status and wants to transfer them to another account please let me know about this transfer so i can mark bonus transfer on my own list. Shares with bonus status that are sold at Asset Exchange loose bonus status for good.
Have questions? Something needs clarification? Let me know!

RE: Could this kill small Assets ..or even bigger ones ?posted in General Discussion
@Marc well thats how it should be :) its same principal as with my assets shares with bonus status. When generating a list of IDs to pay it checks current held shaer amount with the recorded one and assigns the lesser one as a bonus (so if someone sells shares with that status assigned system will know). So now porting that same reasoning for dividends as a whole its even simpler. Check dividends amount -> if less then approved one store its value for future else add to the list of accounts to pay.
If staying purely on blockchain -> automatically ignore accounts with less than approved amount with ability to include them back in if issuer knows its a trusted investor.

RE: Could this kill small Assets ..or even bigger ones ?posted in General Discussion
@RichBC one thing i see is - ruin the asset, that is if issuer is paying out. Or try ruin issuers credibility by crying of not getting paid and such.
-
RE: Could this kill small Assets ..or even bigger ones ?posted in General Discussion
@Marc for me thats not a problem as i use my own code for dividends calculations, if such malicious behaviors starts happening i can issue a notice that dividends are paid from a certain amount (say 1 BURST) and anything less than that caries over. This does add a bit more complications for me, but only in a way that i will need to keep that cumulative information somewhere.
And another thing - if i catch someone doing it (blockchain detective work and such) you bet i will exclude his account(s) from payments. We might not have strict rules on blockchain but thats why we as asset issuers need to use common sense and protect our investors from malicious intent as much as possible.
That being said this is me speaking from a pov not only as issuer but also as coder as i am able to make myself tools needed. When possible i try to share it with community - but one man can do only so much :)

RE: New Burstcoin Wallet Website - Trade Links?posted in General Discussion
@ryanw well i think as we go on there should be more as making something usefull on top of wallet isnt that hard if you spend some time studying how it works :) Now not sure if they added it or not but 1.11 NXT code (that new client is based on) had some guidelines of modding.
And Btw good job on website! its really usefull and easy to navigate!
