@Raphael Unfortunately me neither. For example with stagger 8192 I'm expecting to use 2 GiB of RAM, but at the beginning it takes around 4GiB and is growing until the memory is full and the progress slows down - or worst Windows crashes because it runs out of memory. Perhaps an Windows issue at all...

RE: GPU plotting direct vs. buffer + optimize
GPU plotting direct vs. buffer + optimize
I have a RX460 4G and can get up to 34k nonces/min in buffer mode, so in round about 2 hours. But the optimization process takes more than 6 hours and that sucks.
Trying with direct mode I have these issues: Somestimes I can finish 1TB with 26k nonces/min. what would be absolutely fine. But at the most times it goes down to 3k nonces/min., especially once the first file has finished to plot and the second plot process begins.
Drive: HGST Deskstar 8TB (PMR drive)
GPU: RX 460 4G
Settings: 0 1 8192 192 8192
Stagger: 1024 (I can't get higher otherwise I will run out of memory with my 16GB RAM)
RE: Burstcoin Wallet v1.2.8+ (fixes for unconfirmed transaction issue)
@luxe Thank you, local wallet synced at block 385000 and mining is running as well.
RE: Can anyone summarize what happend the last days?
So happy Burst-Team is up and running again.
On Reddit people are talking about a new PoC coin, saying Burst is dead: https://www.reddit.com/r/burstcoin/
I hope things will get back on track and the issues with Burstcoin will be fixed.
imineblocks on Youtube says there are 2 Blockchains- I used this tutorial to fix my local wallet. But I'm still not able to mine.I was on pool.burstcoin.ro but it's not mining any more since days. Now I tried to switch to solo mining, but the transaction is still unconfirmed. What's the best way to help Burst get back on track?
RE: safe online burst wallets
@vExact What's wrong with the local wallet? I'm using Burstcoin package 1.2.8 (https://github.com/dawallet/burstwindowswallet/tree/master/burstcoin-1.2.8) and I am happy with the Burst Client for Win v0.3.9.7. No issues so far. Is there anything I missed and what would you recommend to do to stay safe?
RE: Is the pool overview spreadsheet still up to date?
The more miners with the same size of rig like you do have - the better for you. Maybe someone can give a formula how to calculate?
You should consider that a lot of pools are getting attacked by ddos. I did more bursts with pool.burstcoin.biz than with pool.burstcoin.sk. But pool.burstcoin.biz hast been robed recently, so I've lost my trust in this pool and now I'm trying my luck with pool.burstcoin.ro (ddos protected)
