RE: High Deadlinesposted in Mining & Plotting
@iKnow0 just to confirm you personally don't see any deadlines been sent from your plots lets say higher then 100+ days?

RE: High Deadlinesposted in Mining & Plotting
@Havoc Yeah I tried the GPU plotter but just couldn't figure out how to configure it for my HDD/GPU combination so just went with xplotter :(

RE: High Deadlinesposted in Mining & Plotting
@iKnow0 Thanks for your input looks like I jumped back in at the wrong time maybe or should never have stopped mining burst but I started getting into a variety of cryptos and lost interest in burst well preferred to use my resources to mine something else, I'm still curious though if the CPU make any difference when plotting like how different algorithms work better with different chipsets, can I ask do you see anything like the deadlines I'm getting? I've tried looking at other peoples logs but there doesn't seem to be anything recent

@DigDeep Something seems way off, no confirmations either. Restart you miner and post a screenshot after the first read so we can investigate further.
Hi iKnow0 sorry yeah I have confirmations I only copied some of the deadlines sorry about that, but yeah that's why I thought I would ask if the high deadlines were normal these days as I've not mined since November so a lot might have changed since then

@DigDeep How big is your plot? The mining difficulty is currently extremely high, so some plots may struggle to find decent DL's
Hi Haitch 1.81tb I do find the low deadlines also, but the lowest I've found on this setup is 8 hours. it just seems like the majority of my shares are really high compared to when I was only using 500gb on my last setup and it seemed like I was getting lots of minutes/hours shares, but like you say the difficulty is really high right now so that might have something to do with it.
xplotter was used just like last time which optimises the plot if I'm not mistaken, but I have a question. Does the CPU type make any difference when plotting? I ask because on my old PC I had a 32bit intel chipset but now I'm using 64bit AMD, I've been thinking about digging my old PC out and replotting with that to see if there's any improvements with my deadlines -

I know we cant expect low deadlines all the time but are 900+ days deadlines normal? I seem to be getting lots of them compared to when I was last mining burst I never seen a deadline that high, not even close
