RE: Question to owners of 50TB and moreposted in Mining & Plotting
Well.. I think it depends on how you have your drives setup/attached, as well as how your software is configured. So think about this....
I have all of my rigs essentially setup the same when it comes to the hard drives. Raid 0, then chunks attached to vm's as datastores. So basically, you have raid 0, which pulls from multiple drives.
So my read speads for the small one is 130mbp/s
the larger miner I have is running at 680mbp/s. You shouldn't be running that low with 3 drives. It should look more like 90mbp/s for you, or at the very least, 58-60mbp/s -
Burst Client AIO Miner Problem - Cant Mineposted in Help & Support
Ok, so every since 0.3.9.6, the miner doesn't like me. I've got the following setup.
Windows 7 x64 with 32gb ram
2 x xeon 5350 ( setup as 1 physical processor and 14 cores)
4 x 3 tb drives running.I mine via cpu only.
So when I open up the wallet and click on "Start Mining"
the mining box pops up but another box with the warning pops up.Warning message: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert disk into drive A:."
Ok, so for all of you about to say "check your config". I did, in fact, I even decided to remove everything"even hidden files" from my pc and started over.
Downloaded the 0.3.9.7 wallet, same problem.
So, the box says "Cancel" "Try Again" and "Continue" doesn't matter what I select, when I click on the pool to select my pool, it pops up again. so... I have no way of mining.Further more, my miner shuts down about 4 hours into mining. I've turned debug off in the config, and that allowed for it to run about 2 more hours longer but it's still erroring out on me. It just "stops working". (This was when I could mine)
For those of you who will say "Use the standalone miner!" No. No I will not. This is a problem I'm trying to get solved.
So, first problem, I can't mine at all.
Second problem: miner stops working. -
RE: Help with lexicon pool not receiving paymentposted in Mining & Plotting
@Lexicon is pretty reliable on his pool. I was just asking others about this too because I haven't received a payout in 4 days now. No worries though. One of the better pools out there in my opinion.
I see payments for others on the payment side, weird.
@Cau5tic glad to see the pool see's you and you won a block already, congrats! -

Sad to see, hope he's ok now
Let your nephew beat some kid up @ school and have that kids father shoot your nephew in the face. -_- doesn't make sense.
Point is, sure the dog might need to be put down, but not the in the way your describing.
That looks pretty rough, huskies are generally great dogs, so this has to be a horrible owner that turned that dog into that. Then again, we don't know the story, for all we know, your nephew could of hit the dog with a big ass rock and this is what happened.Sorry to see and hear of the bad news, hope no perm. damage was done. best of wishes too.

RE: Help with SSL for Burst Wallet Onlineposted in Help & Support
I did step #4, which gave me a jks
then went and got an intermediate crt and my domain crt
intermediate .crt
mydomain .crt
so.. for #5-6
importing them seems to give me the keytool error I mentioned above. So, I don't use java often, especially not ssl with it, so keytool is a new creature to me. how can I take just the CA bundle and my domain .crt and import those to the keystore?
both .crt files -
RE: Help with SSL for Burst Wallet Onlineposted in Help & Support
@haitch My error up top. I tried to use the crt, no luck. same error, even converted to p7b it didn't work.
