You have to do a outgoing transaction but could be name your account, change reward assignment or send some burst!

Hit get burst button on the top right of wallet and it's there your public key or in some transaction that you made...
I'm using the web wallet and found it in the outgoing transaction details
my suggestion is to contact polo or hit the other link that cancels the transfer xD
Contacted polo support .. it was some kind of holdup at their end. All good now.
