@Gilly hi, i did a little reading regarding error 10060 and according to sir Blago
[ it's just disconnection between your miner and pool. You may try another pool (for testing)]try another pool and see if it change anything. Some pool are being attacked and some pools experienced network problem.
and for the 25 burst to 3 burst a day is a drastic change of income(maybe because you are experiencing connection problem) and you can add to it that netdiff is getting higher and higher. hope this help

@Gilly the payout is when you reach 250 balance, the do not have the 24 hrs system like the other pool.
