I was wondering what is the decrease of each release of reward with every passing block? or, if someone has the link to the official white paper? thanks in advance!

not sure if there is a (burst white paper) but this is what has been floating around the forum as the white paper that Burst was formed from.

@Gibsalot yet saw that one. it describes clearly POC but I was wondering if there was one specifically for burst coin. thanks for sharing nonetheless!
