Change Reward Assignment Error

Hello again, I have had a few problems with the wallet already and am starting to get frustrated, I am hoping I can still get some more help. I had an error asking to change my reward assignment and wait 16 min. On another thread I was told what that meant exactly and went about figuring out what to do to fix it. Now however, I am getting this message when I try to change the reward assingment, anyone know how to fix this? I am copy and pasting my passphrase and the system automatically copies the address pool for burst-team.us that I am trying to mine from so I just paste that first. I can't seem to figure burst out unlike most other cc's ive mined.

I understand what he means by the overlap but does that have anything to do with me when the error code I am getting isn't in the miner itself but just trying to change the reward assignment itself? Its not letting me exit the assignment screen saying its an unknown account. In essence, I am trying to figure out how to make my account known.

for what ive found in the past if your copying and pasting you passphrase its been known that an extra space can be entered which changes the account, might sound daft but have you tried typing your phrase out instead of copy paste to make sure its not getting any extra characters

yep, and just tried a second time. I have had other errors where it doesnt seem to want to download the blockchain, then I log on and there is no downloading of the blockchain. Now, once again I force close and open it to try again and its now downloading the blockchain again but I have never had a percentage downloaded except the very first time when it froze the system and made me restart it. I have left it running for 18 hours and still no percentage downloaded. i thought it was fixed but now it is showing up again as well as the same unknown error i made this thread for.

Thanks Haitch, it opened for the first time, but quick question as I havent ever used the online wallet. do I use my passphrase or create a new account?

@Th3Warm0ng3r Use your passphrase - it doesn't actually get transmitted, a hash of it is, and the wallets are SSL encrypted, so no eavesdropping.

Ok, tried the same process, looked up a video by IMineBlocks to make sure I am doing the online wallet correctly and I am still getting an error, only slightly different than the desktop wallet version.

Is there something wrong with my wallet itself not showing me as a proper recipient because of some error while downloading the blockchain and force closing?

@Th3Warm0ng3r If the blockchain is still downloading on your PC, you haven't reached the moment in time your account was created, so you're to that wallet, unknown.
For the online change: goto https://wallet.burst-team.us/rewardassignment.html , ignore the first 2 fields, passphrase in the third - making sure it's not wrapped and no leading/trailing spaces, and the pool address in the 4th field.

@haitch Yep, did it all, typed it in and pasted it with precision and I am getting either the 4 or 5 error, online as well. also, the online wallet also says it is downloading the blockchain now.

@cashonlineback Are you using local or online wallet? Does the wallet say it's downloading the blockchain? If it's still downloading, it doesn't know about your account. If the blockchain is synced, you have the passphrase wrong.
