[SOLVED]BRAND NEW ACCOUNT NOT WORKING.. "Problem with account"?

New wallet on new PC
trying to send it some burst for reward assignment as faucets arent working with it eiither and i cannot get it to send.. the sync to blockchain is only 16% but i never thought that would be an issue..
The burst address is BURST-XYC9-YAD5-SDZJ-E3XLK
any insight will be appreciated.

@darindarin I was able to send it 5 Burst.
All I can tell from the source is that the call to get the account info for the address returned an error code that wasn't 4 or 5, and so it got an unspecified account error recipient_problem. ???

was able to change name on wallet now.. but i still cant send to it haha

I can now send to it after rebooting my own wallet.. ( never thought to try that ) haha. @FlippyCakes if you need the burst back let me know

i got it fully functional.. i dunno that was harder then ever before for some reason.. glad its working thanks for the help everyone...
