I think this pool is stealing. burst.lexitoshi.uk

the 1472 is the number of shares for that block not the amount of burst, think of shares as a potential % of a reward,,,, what happends is a block is won ..... the pool gets fee or cut of the reward then it gets split in to two reward pots current and historic the split amount varrys for diff pools then each pot gets payed out to each set of shares of witch you only get a % of each based on how many shares you have VS how many shares other people in the pool have

@BigBear try our beta :) http://burstneon.ddns.net/beta_neon.html
-
@ArthurThePug I'm sorry, but that is an eyesore. I don't understand how the burst community feels that the current interfaces are OK?
-
@BigBear Not sure if you mean pool web page or not. I know that we have some creative pool owners that are allowed to customize their webpage. We all use the same engine so its just a matter of what paint your going to use. I think The new interface will be sweet when it is available.

Go to a pool copy source and rewrite it as you think it should be.
-
@tross I can't really code, but my point is that I think that a lot of people are put off by the ugly pool layouts. The best one I've seen so far is m.burst4all.com, but even that is a bit over the top. There is far too much cognitive overload on the pool pages.
-
@Gibsalot can u calculate then that number with my deadline and tell me exacly how much should i win for that block?
-
i'm waiting for pool for windows installer wizard
-
@BigBear Must be your computer or internet I can see all the pools with no problem. Some I like more than others and I wish I was a better web designer but thats the way it is.
-
@altin.preniqi the equation would be something like this:
I give the example that when you got 1472 shares when the pool got that block.
(block reward*.60) / total current round shares = share value share value * 1472 = burst
-
@tross so if the block reward is 70.000 how i do equal this give me simple example pls because my english is not good
-
@altin.preniqi what language do you speak?
-
@altin.preniqi not possible because the screenshot you took is of the block after the block that was won. you were looking at current shares. so the round only just started so calculating off that will show a lot more. due to there only being 10-20 submissions out of 500.
i did explain the payout structure here https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/1813/burst-lexitoshi-uk-new-pool-development-new-feature-discord-alerts/165
personally the interface is a nice to have. and isnt a key part of the software. the key part is mining now would you rather sacrifice a good pool to a good interface?
problem with changing anything is people dont like change. after removing the pending section from my site due to performance hits and the need to work on it i suddenly had 50+ people shouting. out of them 5 probably called it a scam. despite the pool paying out the most burst out of most pools out there.
it gets frustrating after a while especially when you put your life into a project. work long hours and technically having 2 jobs.
-
@Lexicon I for one hope the pending comes back soon! Anyway you could make it maybe a static text file that updates every hour or so? Until you sort the performance out.
-
@tross albanian
-
Maybe if you are lucky somebody will come along and explain it easier.
-
@arihan pending should be back now. sorted this last night
