@Hitti2 Been mining for 12 hours, optimised plots, 2.7TB. Only 5 burst. What is up with this coin lol

This coin is so bad I don't understand how people manage to mine this thing, it is ridiculously inconsistent. I've been jumping pools and everything and still I am getting paid nowhere near what the calculator says.
-
BigBear i am new like you but i can answer your question somehow. You need to first find a stable and working pool. Second read careful how they are making payments and the fee and everything. And do not expect instant burst it takes some time and luck. If the pool that you are mining does not wins blocks. Blocks means that one of the miner in your pool got it it does not pay.
It`s strange that you are getting so little for that space. I mined on m.burst4all pool but you cant join it because it has a limit of 1TB max. And got for 0.5TB a lot more than you. On an average of 5 days of mining i was getting there around 6 and some change. I moved from that pool and got a lot less around 5. So look careful and watch if the pools info shows it how many miners and with how much size they mine.
Please do not take this for granted or follow 100% my say because i am a new one to but with more luck i guess?

@Ntztwt Agreed.
Here are my results so far.
All mining on 2.7TB optimised plots using Blago CPU miner.
Average payout over 3 days:
- m.burst4all.com - 1TB - 22 Burst - Best pool so far.
- burst.btfg.space - 0 Burst - Screw this scam pool, the interface doesn't tell you how much you have due.
- burstneon.ddns.net - 8 Burst
- pool.burstcoin.sk - 8 Burst
- pool.burstcoin.party - Currently mining 2 days - 15 Burst
Calculator says I should be getting 49 burst on average, no pool can guarantee that for me.
I am going to keep mining on pool.burstcoin.party for a bit more since it seems to be the most genuine one over 1TB.
I think that I am getting scammed of my burst coins on most other pools.

@BigBear
I dont know what to say to that stats. I got better with a lot less but almost all of it is from m.burst4all like you. At my current space for mining i only get 9 Burst per day (on the calculator) and i hit that once on m.burst4all .. but on average around 6.
-
@Ntztwt Good. m.burst4all.com is the best pool that is the most consistent one. I don't trust any other pools. All of them seem to steal my burst coins.
-
@BigBear I am not sure if that is it. From what i have read the pool we love has some special bonus that we small miners get. Others do not and have much more big players with big space to mine and maybe my 0.5TB i am sure it`s not enough and not even your total soon we will make nothing..really soon.
-
@Ntztwt Yep you're right.
I wouldn't have a problem if the calculated value would be 49 and I get paid 40-49, but when I get 8 coins only it just seems a little bit suspicious to me.
-
@BigBear The calc number is a LONG term average, not what you should expect to mine everyday. If you earn 10 Burst a day for 30 days, then on the 31st you mine a Block, you should get between 1,000 and 2,000 Burst. Even if you only get 1,000 Burst, your Average earnings was about 43 Burst/day.
-
@haitch Ok thanks I will try leaving it mining for a bit more...
-
Dude, give it more time. Don't jump around so much, you gotta build a footprint. It really takes a while, and you seriously aren't likely to hit something jumping around like a grasshopper. Please don't take offense, I'm just saying you do need a little patience for the pools more like a couple days before going on panic mode.
-
@Rossman01 No offense taken, thanks for the feedback. :-)
-
@BigBear Ya, especially with small amounts, you're going to find widely varying payouts from what the calculator says. Sit on a pool for ~2 weeks, and you should see some consistency. Sit on it for a couple months, and you should see numbers much closer to what the calculator says. If you have more hash power (>20tb), then you see typically see consistency with the calculator in much less time. It's just the way things are with the difficulty right now.
-
@IncludeBeer yeah i am getting jumpers everyday, not even there a few hours
-
@BigBear You should of found burst this time last year the you 2.7 would of made a difference. But today I would say to receive the same as back then you would need 30tb - 40tb . I guess its compatible to BTC mining those who showed up late missed the party (me)
Moving around just makes it more frustrating! Invest in a couple hdd new or used and it will get a little better. Hdd resell good and there
are other coins out there such as sia and storj. Look in ebay I bought two 2tb with mega hours real cheap and have been mining since.
Plot once but read forever!
