Android Plotting + Mining questions

Why does the plotting process take FOREVER. It literally takes 1~3 hrs just to plot 1GB. I'm trying to plot 100GB on my SD card (Max=128GB). Is there a way to speed it up?
-
Am I able to manually set a pool? I want to mine on bcaworldteampool.com but it auto-chooses my pool and it messes up my reward assignment.
-
I'm a rooted android user; I want to be able to plot my SD card in the background while playing games and doing other tasks. When I launch an application; the plotting process just ends, so does the burst wallet.

The ARM CPU in Androids is not optimal for the plotting calculations. I plotted mine on my PC then downloaded to phone. To plot the files the must be 1024 nonces with a stagger of 1.
-
No, the pool is hardcoded.
-
Plot on PC, mine on phone.

Should I just import a plot file from my computer that was made from XPlotter from the Burst wallet?
-
@p0int_scale You can't use xplotter - it'll create optimized plots with a stagger of 1024 - the stagger MUST be 1.
-
@haitch So how do I create the plots on my PC?
-
@p0int_scale wplotgenerator or gpuplotgenerator - both are downloadable from the Software section here.
-
Alright, I'll try that soon.
-
Sounds like H got you sorted out. The key is to have a stagger of 1. The plotter could have been made multi-threaded it just wasn't worth the effort.

@IceBurst Yea since my android is rooted I've been trying to do stuff with my RAM, CPU, etc.
I tried locking my CPU to the max (1.3 GHz min 1.3 GHz max).
Adding 5GB of vRAM using my 128GB SD Card.
Making all CPU cores active.None of it worked at all so I'm gonna try using wplotgenerator to make my plots.
