If @cjellis245 didn't listen to your advice, and don't started to sell at 15 (and would put all 1 million their assets at 20, for example), then this situation would not have happened...
Yes agreed in hindsight, and because of the speed that sales progressed, the advice was poor. However all decisions were his and the sale he made after that proposal was at 20. At no time did I propose putting 151,000 up for sale at 15.
@cjellis245 then chose to make rapid and randomly priced releases, rather than pausing and taking stock, and seems happy with the way things have gone.

I put another 3 lots on. Let's see if he buys them :)
If you guys wanna get some cheap shares, I've put 100,000 on @ 15 burst each so get in before he does. The others are 50,000 at the regular price, and another 50,000 at 25 burst. This is going great! Whoever Mr Whale is, I thank you. Big time.In practice the Whale was hungry for this Asset and would have probably bought them at any price up 30.
When I found the thread I was starting to type questions, but then went to the Asset to make a small purchase only to find that they were all sold, which @cjellis245 was unaware of, so I posted the info in the thread.
@cjellis245 now has over 5 Million Burst to Trade with on LocalBitcoins which should be more than enough.
The important issue going forward is success of the trading on LocalBitcoins. He is however "Owned" by the Whale.

@cjellis245 what payment platform do you use to buy and sell? Paypal? Bank deposit etc?
-
@mathew Both
-
@cjellis245 isnt paypal kinda sketchy as they can just refund or dispute a chargeback
-
@mathew I have looked into PayPal and given it a go, and it seems to be working well.
-
interesting concept. but i thought the trades are safe there if in escrow?
-
@falconCoin The trade itself is safe, the risk is a chargeback after the trade has cleared escrow. That said I have used Localbitcoins for a lot of transactions without a single problem.
The trick is to use a partner with a good amount of feedback and to not trust too much on a single transaction.

@RichBC Exactly. So far so good, I sold $1,000 worth with a profit of at least $30 just today.
-
What do you think is used more by you? Paypal or bank deposit?
-
@mathew Paypal for North America banks for asia region

@mathew Paypal for North America banks for asia region
Why is that?
-
@mathew Just an assumption. I travel around in NA and every has paypal.... so many american ebayers. Asia seems to be alot on back transfers etc

@cjellis245
Why are you doing the dumping and devalue your asset? It is absolutely not fair to those who bought the asset earlier at a higher price! Make large dividends to investors, and they buy all your assets - it is only a matter of time, but why settle for dumping and undermine you trust?
You will be pleased if you buy the miner on sale, and the next day you'll know that now it is sold 25% cheaper?
I'm starting to doubt your competence...

Oh no...
I've recently seen a few shared things that you will see soon enough and I'm hoping it doesn't affect the asset too much.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, you should keep it that way, I don't want it to affect our relationship as investors/investee.
I'm not willing to just give up and walk away.- Christian

@cjellis245 First thing to do is to stop issuing Assets, especially at prices not in the OP. Very unprofessional and unfair to current Asset Holders.
Next you need to tell us exactly who you are including Age.
Finally I am pleased that you are not going to walk away. So next you should be very clear about the Burst you currently have and where it is, and ask your Shareholders what they would like you to do.
Carry on as planned
Liquidate the Asset with a Share Buyback

@cjellis245 OK what's going on? You have just sold all the remaining shares at 13. The Whale bought the bulk of them. However you OP still says.
FIRST RELEASE: 50,000 shares @ 20 Burst SOLD OUT
SECOND RELEASE: 50,000 shares @ 20 Burst SOLD OUT
THIRD RELEASE: 151,000 shares @ 15 Burst SOLD OUT
FOURTH RELEASE: 50,000 shares @ 20 Burst
FIFTH RELEASE: 50,000 shares @ 25 BurstYou must let your Shareholders know what is going on?

It seems that @cjellis245 did the update.
He stated age, etc. Who doesn't trust him, can return the assets for the purchase price.
I hope that now everything will be fine.
