[CAUTION] BTCDragon Asset

  • This is one of the worst explanations I've read, at the end it was just confusing and I don't feel it answered the questions stated here.

I hold a lot of your asset and I want a better explanation, looking carefully at your answers in your post threads, it seem you always try to avoid what people is asking. I now started believing that you are modifying the results to be able to pay more, also it's strange that from your big players, two registered the exact same day and continue playing until now, and out of the two others they both play at the same gambling sites, yours and the second place one.

Anyway, I have one question, you say that the profits don't come from the revenue of the site, then from where? Isn't the point of all this to get profits from what the site earn?

    Thanks

  • @Kevin There are a lot of people that registerd around the same time probly when i started promoting ,as I do a lot of promoting so yes there are a lot of people that have joined and only used BTCDragon, maybe they havent looked at other sites , maybe they have , but all promotion i do is to direct them to BTCDragon specifically , and the site earns from the house edge every bet that is placed on the casino where it is a win or a lose the house (moneypot) takes a % and we get 40% of the house edge and the house edge is variable from specific game to specific game and also within certain games there can be various house edges depending on the win/lose factor , if you go to this page on moneypot https://www.moneypot.com/apps/1406-btcdragon-casino and go down the list under bet ID and click any of the bet IDs a page will come up that shows earnings for investors as in moneypot bankroll and what is earnt by the app developer and also the house edge for that specific game , yes it comes from moneypot , but not from the specific amount they deposit, it is worked out on the turn-over, like they can deposit 1 amount and win and lose and win and lose the same amount which might only be 0.1 btc but if they win and lose 10 times in that order there turn over would be 1 btc on that 0.1 btc they deposited and I answered what was asked , alot was asked , so there was a lot to reply with.

  • Let me explain how the BTC side of the casino works.

The values that you see at https://www.moneypot.com/apps/1406-btcdragon-casino are the stats of the casino which are bet through moneypot. BtcCasino earns a "tip" from moneypot.com from wagers done through moneypot which is 10%(?) of the house edge. The average house edge is 1.39% based on the custom and plinko games done through the moneypot.com portal.

However, this casino info doesn't contain information done through the BTC part of the casino which you can only check through the deposit account at http://burstcoin.biz/address/9518782830690538703.

The BTC part of the casino also doesn't contain custom bets that btcDragon can force upon the user as all money deposited to btcDragon casino is in full control of btcDragon.

Yes, I agree that there is no full transparency to where the invested money goes to but this has always been the case for all the BURST assets.

  • @Bitdv Thank you, I now understand a little bit better this part. So you agree you haven't deposited to btcDragon to increase the earnings of the site? With your account or with another account?

  • @Kevin I have 1 account there , I havent added funds to the earnings and as I have stated yes i have tested and will continue to test games , for bugs or if they are pointed out to me and games that are in development and have gambled with my own funds !!!
@msgAnton of the house edge the split is 50% to bankroll investors, 10% to moneypot and 40% to BTCDragon of the house edge and this is variable for the games the house edge range is 0.98% to around 2.78% depending on game/win factor and so on ..

  • @ccminer I won't give up, just very tired, stressed, upset and nearly got electricuted..so all in all was a crap day... i won't giveup.. Advice to everyone, never make rash decisions when tired or stressed..

  • admin

@qibucks Hopefully your day has improved ......

  • @haitch Thanks to your kindness and generosity, you gave me a lot of hope again... and I will get back all my assets, eventually.. I believe we need give people a chance, sometimes FUD causes whale manipulations and people like me to make stupid decisions..I am first to admit that..I can be very stupid, when tired or stressed..

  • @croydan1 Ok there is no double talk mate, and as i have stated ME LordzS 100% owner Flash is a coder and the only reason why it states him as a owner is that for coding purposes he needs access to certain areas , i can revoke this at anytime, he has absolutely nothing to do with the running or access to any funds or that, so dont involve him in this , he is hired , paid for his services . he only has access to the areas that i have approved and allow him access to .

  • I believe in this asset, even though i stupidly reacted t NEWS and market panic, I am slowly buying mine all back even if it means i paying the price for my mistakes.

  • @qibucks Before buying back in it's probably best to wait a few days and let the dust settle. From the looks of things this could go either way.

  • OK there is a lot of stuff here, a lot of it difficult to understand and follow, so I'm hoping that when the dust has settled that we can be given simple to understand answers to these questions from above?

Could you also please summarise the total revenue raised from the sale of assets sold so far, and where that money has been used or is planned to be used in the future?

Can you confirm to what degree profit from the casino has been able to fund the Dividend payments?

@Bitdv said in [CAUTION] BTCDragon Asset:

And yes i have been putting a ledger together of all incomings and outgoings as it was requested by another member and as soon as i have that completed I will post those .

So to stick my neck out here I think this is a good Asset and has a great future. I am concerned about the Total Money that has been raised and that it is being used in the Shareholders best interest. I hope that answers to the above will set my mind at rest?

I think it unfortunate that an "attack" was made on this Asset when the Asset Holder was asleep and would have preferred it if the questions had just been made in the Asset thread with an opportunity for @bitdv to answer them in the way he is now.

Finally in case anyone is interested I did sell a large chunk of my shares when the s**t hit the fan, but later bought quarter of them back in the dip after I had read the OP a bit more carefully.

ice burst said that he tried previously to get these questions answered, this thread wasn't really an "attack" as such but more raising his concerns. he even said "but my last set of questions were not answered directly and I was provided what I would consider a "non-answer" in an attempt to dodge the original questions." so i can understand why he made the post

he raised his concerns to get the comunity's input people having kneejerk reactions to this is understandable considering how often we have a scammer come along. he was only really looking out for the community here

  • @Lexicon I still think it would have been more appropriate to have just raised the questions in the Asset thread, posting if necessary the Dialog to enable us to make a judgement and for Bitdv to be answering them against a calmer backdrop.

If Bitdv was a scammer he would have cut and run long ago.

  • @RichBC not necessarily we had a recent case where someone who was a good long standing of the forums up and run (jervis - news asset pool)

its something ive learned is that you never truly know someone and an example of this is a guy i went to school with, used to be my best friend turned out to be a pedophile offering to share his unborn kid to the internet. this news shocked me as the guy was a straight up student. got A's in most of his exams and went on to study forensic science.

albeit we are only human and we make mistakes. at the time he was probably worried and didn't want to post it in the asset thread due to the risk that more investors would dump due to the news as that would notify every investor that posted on the asset thread.. could of made the situation worse.

its easy for one person to say this is how things should be done but everyone isnt the same. each person does things differently.

  • @Lexicon Yes I lost money on NEWS too, had early on several Chat's with jervis and he was low down / not on my Assets to be worried about list.

OK no need for us to agree or disagree on what has been done, the harm or good has been done. Let's now just push to get clear and simple answers to the outstanding questions.

  • The only way I know to stop the theft of coins i is to be less lazy setting passphrases to accounts. That being said for large scale funds management i believe mass funds operators should utilize more secure custom creation, random keyboard character, of the block chain limit, passphrase. Thus the passphrase would need to be entered by means of copy paste from clipboard (too complex to remember) and stored in an encrypted archive on operators hidden away USB flash drive. windows xp clipboard has been compromised but not later editions from vista upwards IF your computer is loaded with anti spyware, phishing and virus. Using a small ram disk (a software hard drive using computer memory) file archive programs can be trained by configuration to unzip archives to it as temporary storage which is the standard way of unzipping a passphrase document securely because when the ram disk is removed or system rebooted the passphrase document is permanently deleted beyond recovery. at this site: http://www.grc.com anyone can check their pc's firewall effectiveness and other security aspects, generate truly random passwords (usable a passphrase when joined up together after generating a few) looking at accounts only on the official online website (not the AIO wallet) be sure to copy some random text to clipboard as soon as pasted on online wallet. The AIO wallet has script functions that can be easily manipulated remotely and if operators have huge coin amounts opportunistic criminals would already be druelling about it before anyone even sees it.
This information above in itself is for serious operator security beyond personal wallet purposes. (or for the paranoid)
Like the other Assets I am involved in, I'll be there for the long run. Market shares etc always go up and down and many people suffer economic fear. It is wise not to give into it where possible.

  • @ZapbuzZ That's just basic password security. I think you missed the point of this thread. The issue in question here isn't password security of the asset owner or shareholders, it's the ethics/management ability of the asset owner (is he doing/going to continue to do the best thing for the asset and it's shareholders, or scam).

And using random characters for your password (not just dictionary-based) is a good idea at all times, especially in crypto, not just for large-scale fund management.
