C-CEX Problems

I exchanged over $200 in Bitcoin for Burst today on C-CEX. When I tried to deposit the coins into my Burst account I received the following error.
Now my balance show zero and all I have received from customer support was robomail.
Any thoughts?

Probably they are updating their wallet to version 1.2.8 tonight.

Well I reported it to ccex when it happened to me and so far nothing good. At least you have a snap shop to prove it. Send them a ticket with this picture. My funds were withdrawn like your and I got the same message however didn't get a tx id

My Wallet shows a message "You are using an old browser which this application does not support." but I have Chrome 56, the latest. so I don't understand what's going on. Anybody?

@carlossantz The Win Client relies on your Internet Explorer. Update it or use http://localhost:8125 in your chrome instead.

@daWallet i found the problem, I have windows 7 Home Premium, and I need windows 7 SP1 or Server 2008 RS SP1 to install Internet Explorer 11. Thank you

@benutzer It looks like the burst network returned my shares back to ccex wallet, do you see the same with yours?
