Lending
-
@k.coins You can download this bot for free and not pay any fees for lending. https://github.com/Mikadily/poloniexlendingbot
-
@rapidfireman omg you're friggin awesome! THANK YOU!
-
@kcoins @rapidfireman I find this really cool indeed. I just watched the video on their website, however how much of our account info do we give away to those guys?
-
@vExact The only thing that could matter to them is an api key but you can disable withdrawing with it.
-
@rapidfireman yeah, they specified that in the video... I will probably give it a try. How long have you guys been using this for so far?
-
@vExact I used it for a couple weeks, haven't done any loaning for a while though so I don't know what has changed.
-
@haitch wow how you do this on poloniex?
-
@qibucks Go into Balances -> Transfer Balances, transfer from Exchange to Lending. Then go into Lending, select the coin you want to lend, then select the amount you want to lend, duration (minimum 2 days) and whether to auto-renew the loan. Then submit. Note not all coins can be loaned - Burst for example can't be loaned.
-
@qibucks watch this video from them
-
@vExact Thank you Sweets..
-
@haitch I know that there are a lot of variables, but for all the curious minds out there, if someone is going to lend, say, 0.1 btc what kind of returns can they expect off one transaction?
-
@DougLife It's all very variable - but here are some of my last returns:

-
@haitch how many days do you have your lending setup as?! 2, 10, 30 days?!
I'm Also doing that!!! I only do it for 2 days max and do it again!
Thanks,
CesBurst1782
-
@CesBurst1782 It depends - normally two days, if the rate is good - 7 days, if it's really good - 30 days
-
@haitch I see, Thanks for advice! :-)
-
Guess I'll have to gather up some btc and give this all a try.
-
Problem now is that with the BTC mining fees going up like hell just retiring your bitcoins would almost represent one of these 2 days of lending profit... I am probably going to give it a try too
-
@haitch do you use that poloniexlendingbot as well?
-
@haitch do you use that poloniexlendingbot as well?
I use the free one and it works very well
-
@vExact No bot, I do it manually.
