@popoy17 17 years deadline :D will take a while
but good to know that it is working! :)
-
@Creepsky yeah kinda looking forward too change the deadline somehow after adding more space :D
Btw does your software have 64bit? i think im gonna go with your software kinda good easy too manage :D
-
@popoy17 yep, its here: https://github.com/Creepsky/creepMiner/releases/download/2.5.2/creepMiner-win64.zip
-
@Creepsky thank you so much gonna use this too in my 64bit :D
-
@Creepsky by the way how to configure this one
"plots" : [ "C:\\Burst\\plots",i have plots in drive C ans drive D ..... i have two plots in drive C and 1 in drive D what will i add to sync in?
-
@popoy17 you just need to add the plot dirs. The miner will find all files inside it.
To add two or more plot dirs set it to"plots" : [ "C:\\Burst\\plots", "D:\\............", "E:\\............" ]
-
@Creepsky ohh i just did it while ago but im lack with , at the side that is why it came an error of sytax jason blabla xD i got panicek that is why i ask better than making a mess in the config :D

Hi, I had success setting up the 32-bit Linux miner, but when I run the win32 miner Windows says it is not a valid Win32 application. What's up?
I wonder whether this is actually a 64-bit program, because it runs on 64bit Windows 10? I have downloaded all 32 bit versions and the problem is the same.Ok, Google found these:
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vcblog/2012/10/08/windows-xp-targeting-with-c-in-visual-studio-2012/
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vcblog/2012/06/15/targeting-windows-xp-with-c-in-visual-studio-2012/Any chance to get the win32 version compiled for XP?
Thanks, Peter.

@Creepsky Hey I really like creepMiner so far. I'm wondering what "intensity" and "maxBufferSizeMB" should be set to? Should this be directly related to CPU cores and total RAM? I would like to tweak these values to whatever will give me the best performance. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
-
@Creepsky thanks for providing binaries for linux, too!

@Beddhist I tried to compile it for XP, but unfortunately there were a lot of compiler errors. After some research it turned out, that I can't use all of the C++11 features for XP, which I used a lot.
@groupthug please have a look at this wiki page. It describes the things you asked, hope it helps.
@daWallet never mind :)

@Creepsky45 Outstanding documentation, thank you!

This is really a nice miner. Very fast and minimal output.
I want to know that if "miningInfo" : "http://xxx:8124", and "submission" : "xxx", same?
Should I use port 8124 on submission?
-
and what is this error?
current config:
"submissionMaxRetry" : 3, "targetDeadline" : "0y 0m 20d 15:00:00", "timeout" : 45, "urls" : { "miningInfo" : "http://burstpool.ddns.net:8124", "submission" : "http://burstpool.ddns.net", "wallet" : "https://wallet1.burstnation.com:8125" }also, should i decrease deadline?
-
@sayem314 change
"wallet" : "https://wallet1.burstnation.com:8125"to
"wallet" : "http://burstpool.ddns.net:8124"
-
@Blago Thanks! other settings OK? submission url need port 8124?
-
@sayem314 yes, better set :8124
also "targetDeadline" : "0y 0m 50d 00:00:00",
and do you know what recommended size for this pool = 1Tb?
