MY BURST WALLET HAS A ZERO BALANCE?!?!?

hi just logged onto my online burst wallet and its telling me i have a 0 BALANCE and its also telling me that its basiclly a new wallet and yes ive checked multiple time that if my passphrase was entered correctly. i dont have the local wallet currently. i checked my transactions on http://burstcoin.biz/address/13169553328722895651 and it seems like no one hacked into my account because there is no outgoing transactions. how do i fix this?

You need to try again as you type an in correct password

the zero balance account acount has the exact same wallet adress. so there is no way im entering my passphrase wrong

have a look at the blocks on the right sight. it should be arround 321250

@maxerez All the Account balances are stored on the blockchain. The Wallet is only your ATM. If it is out of order for some hours it doesn't mean your Coins are gone.

@daWallet yah im going to switch to using the local wallet for now on so i dont have to worry about somthing like this again

@daWallet first of all, hi!!! I completle agree but i have the problem that i can´t fix since today. I´m not able to fix it. the block download stop at some point!!! I tried it 5 or six times... when i try to do it manual it says all the time that I have to install java. but it is, also up to date. I don´t know :( sorry for my bad english. thanks and have a nice day

@NiceDice I guess you are using the win client. Close it completely (also in tray) and restart it. It should keep downloading the blocks then.
The new version won't have this problem anymore.
