Poloniex disabled DEPs and WDs for maintenance

  • If Polo will fix, FINALLY, the deposits and withdrawals, in order not to let us wait hours and hours every time to get our funds credited, both in and out the site, and BURST will start to be fast like other currencies there, I think we will see the price, finally, rise nicely!
This is just my 2 cents opinion!

  • yeh BURST has been under maintenance for quite some time now on poloniex

  • @keyd0s Let's hope once they will allow again the WDs and DEPs, to see BURST fast as other coins!

  • @ccminer indeed. fingers crossed!

  • Anyone hear any word from Poloniex on this? I am going to open a ticket but having a maintenance window of 4 days seems a bit long or this normal from them?

  • @A2Z_Crypto They will reply you that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they will fix it ASAP

  • @ccminer still not working :/ I also have some burst there ...

  • @vExact Unfortunatly they are blocked there untill they finish their stuff..
If you are in rush you can change them to BTC withdraw them to BITTREX and buy back the burst..
Or I can change them for you if you have BTC and you do not want to use BITTREX

  • @ccminer thanks. Not in a rush really, but it is quite annoying the retained you coins for several days. I am going to be using bittrex in the future...

  • wait it out as I did with Ccex and it was worth it. polo has been with us for awhile and I believe this will spark a rise in the price when it is back up.

  • I don't see the problem bringing volume to another exchange, they work just as well In less timely fashion of course, but doing so helps with stats day traders look for ccex is a great option

  • @dagentlemang I'm using bitterx now and I can tell that is 10 time faster than polo

  • @ccminer great to know thank you. Volume monopoly on Polo of burst is something I never understood, great to see other exchanges receiving volume :)

  • @A2Z_Crypto I ask everyday in the trollbox. It's been too long now. Unacceptable.

  • @vprf unacceptable how they reply. The worst customer service ever.

  • i hope the sort their SH!T out soon

  • this is the reply to my ticket:

Thank you for getting in touch and sorry for the delay. Firstly, please understand that the Moderators in our Trollbox are not involved with wallets and therefore can often not provide any specifics as they would not know about this. I can certainly help explain the situation for you, though.

The BURST wallet is currently disabled for maintenance and software updates due to various transaction problems and slow processing of deposits. We are currently working with the developers to resolve this and once this is re-enabled transactions should begin to process again automatically. I do not have an ETA regarding this as it is out of our hands at this time, but we hope to have it back up as soon as possible. Rest assured that your funds are safe.

In the meantime, please paste the transaction ID of any missing transactions into this ticket in plain text and we will ensure these are credited once enabled.

Again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience. We will keep this ticket open however and update you on this situation accordingly.

    Best regards,

    Kevin
