[Gauging Interest] Plotter GUI
-
I am presently gauging interest in the following project:
A GUI front end for Plotting
Features:
- Able to remember progress (last nonce plotted)
- Able to set number of threads, start nonce, etc...
- Able to select async mode
- Able to setup GPU settings
- Built in nonce calculator
- And more...
It will at first use the new xplotter and then will grow to use wplotgenerator and gpuplotgenerator, all of which will run inside the App
If there is enough interest then I will setup a crowdfund to make this project a reality !! :)
-
Please do that man xD
We need to simplify the process of plotting for newcomers... Is one of the things that makes more persons think that this is too complicated and there are not much of this questions in everything else xD
A GUI would be awesome... Use the new Project Management System to develop it and handle the fundings, this is a great first project for that system too xDLet me know if you want help planning things up... Just remember two more features that you should add in there: Optimizer and Plotchecker...

@Focus Yes great idea. If it could incorporate the features of the batch Plot calculator Widget plus integration / direct connection to xplotter etc, plus a few other features it would make life so much easier. If you go ahead please give people the chance to make some inputs on functionality.

Yes, user input is welcomed

@focus sounds great. One thing this community is lacking is osx. It would be nice to have an option for osx as I have both.
-
@neatcrypto.com what is osx?
-
@gpedro Mac osx
-
@neatcrypto.com Oh ok LOL i didn't captured but you are right, we need more development in Linux, Mac and Android
-
@gpedro and IOS :-)
-
@neatcrypto.com IOS have the problem of people have to pay for having an App in Apple market but if there is a Developper that already make Apps for IOS it can be of extreme use for sure ;D
-
i wil fund your project as well please do it ;)
-
I'm going ahead and putting this up in the project management system. I'll post a link to it so people can donate to the address shortly.
-
Here's the link for the project in the management system, along with donation address, and funds needed amount. :)

@crowetic That link takes me to the forum of ciyam xD

Incorrect....
The way it works is this...
If a person is LOGGED OUT of the project management system, they will have to use a link of another person that is LOGGED OUT.
If a person is LOGGED IN, the link will be used for another person who is LOGGED IN.
So, effectively, if you DON'T have an account, or you are LOGGED OUT, my link will work, if you DO have an account AND you are logged IN, your link will work.
-
@crowetic Oh ok that kind of makes sense then because i was logged in xD
-
@crowetic 1000 burst coming your way i will fund more this coming days
-
Sent over 2k Burst, hopefully this gets fully funded soon!
