@luxe
Wonderful! Thanks @daWallet!
Although Export now does not work properly on a portable version of the wallet.I get the error "This page has encountered an error scenario":
Line: 396
Character: 4
Error: access is Denied
Code: 0
Reference: http://127.0.0.1:8125/js/nrs.contacts.jsAlthough, if you go to the wallet directly from your browser the link http://127.0.0.1:8125, export contacts obtained
BUT there are no contacts in contacts is empty...It turns out that contacts from the portable wallet is not a contact address http://127.0.0.1:8125

@emcb Hmm i just opened wallet in browser http://localhost:8125/index.html, than exported my contacts, deleted some and imported again ... worked flawless for me (Firefox). But i did not check in win AIO client, that one uses IE, maybe you need to update your browser or something ... sure @daWallet will take a look at it.
-
Doesn't work in the win client yet. But it's a problem of the win client. I have nothing to do with it. whistles

For IE you need edit IE settings (enable something, i just dont remember what it is)

@LithStud
Thanks, I tried to install the IE browser by default.
Then disabled the option "Protected mode" in the browser settings on the Security tab.
Then the contacts began to appear, and when i try to Export an error issued ceased, but opens with just a blank sheet with this address line:

-
@emcb sorry havent tried exporting yet so cant comment further ;) but i think you can save it to txt file and remove the front up to { and it should be fine
-
@LithStud
I tried to copy the text from the address bar, but it is not complete - it dead-ends at the 2083 character...
-
@emcb yea it does that limitatio, one moment since i am running client i will try to start edge and see if by chance it has same issue so i could give some advice :)
-
@emcb sorry couldnt make it work, and i am crashing here from lack of sleep so i will let other to try and find the right settings :) or just gonna need to tweak how wallet does it (if it can be done as IE is notorious for its shenanigans)
-
Hi! Can you do to have the ability to select and delete all contacts?
After each update, now i have to remove all the old bad contacts one by one (they're somewhere loaded), and then importing from a previously saved edited list.
-
@emcb they are stored in webbrowsers data storage. If your good enough with dev tools and using chrome. You can delete it there ;)

Please write in detail what kind of tools do you have in mind?

@daWallet
I found a bug.
If you try to edit any contact (such as changing the name of the contact), the purse no longer "see" him on the "Dashboard".
And then, it is possible to add a contact with the same number of the wallet again (but only by clicking on the address of the purse on the "Dashboard" page >> "Actions" >> "Add as Contact")...
Please check and edit, if possible.

@emcb in google chrome if you right click mouse anywhere on website and choose inspect it will open dev tools. Now there go to Application tab and in storage section go into Local Storage then just delete from the table the row containing Contacts :)
As for dashboard its been like that from before, seems like there is something in underlaying code that doesnt check for active changes. So after reload of page the names going to appear again ;)

Could you attach a screenshot? I deleted all the lines in the Local Storage:

Then I refresh the page and stepped back into the wallet - all contacts remained in place...
-
@emcb ups sorry :) was writing from memory :)
its in IndexedDB :D

-
@LithStud
Oh, thank you! All cleared up! :)

@LithStud
Now we have to deal with what happens after you edit the contact name.If you just try to add a contact with duplicate number of wallet, the program will prohibit you this (it is normal):

But why after editing a contact Name - the program stops processing it correctly, and allows you to create duplicate entries in contact book?
