Wallet stuck?
-
looks like this ninja wallet works but nt the other wallet
-
@qibucks ok then as I though, your problem is not the same as everyone else here, you actually have the burst, it's only that burst-team.us wallet is stuck or has an issue. Because if you see the transaction on burstcoin.biz, it means the burst is in your account :D
But what we (most of the time) have is that the transactions aren't even sent, they get stuck on the wallet and at one point they are sent to the blockchain. Or at least that's what it seems.
I just knew about that link from burst.ninja yesterday, and it has been very useful for some of my members with the same issue as yours ^_^
For me, the issue with unconfirmed transactions started again today, 1 hour ago, I already have 6 transactions (receiving, and sending) stuck at "unconfirmed".
Edit: almost 3 hours later and still stuck :/
-
move money from and to Poloniex, THE MAIN, exchange is taking from minimum to 6 to 12 hours from my end!
transactions with more than 60 confirmations do not even shows up as pending! This is very frustrating and I can understand when @Zeus said that many potential new bursters are simply giving up the coin because of this!

@ccminer one of the online wallets got stuck about 100 blocks back, I've restarted and it should catch up soon. However, I don't believe thats been a factor in these issues - I've been watching http://util.burst-team.us:8888/ for the past couple of days and all the listed pools and wallets have been in sync.
-
@haitch I do not use the online wallet. Yesterday when I got the issue I was on my local wallet I solved it following @crutsy suggestions, even if I'm not sure that the transactions got un-stuck because of that or symply because after few hours they "magically" went trought.
About @qibucks issue it was related with the team.us online wallet, because when she started to use the ninja one her funds were there updated.
About poloniex, checking on the block explorer how the transactions are managed by the forward wallet I can tell you that the issue is the same if affected me yesterday and tons of other busters! The wallet get the deposit, probably after few minutes it forward but it get stuck for hours, I'm saing so because when finally the forward transactions appear on the block explorer after many hours, the time and the date of the transaction is just few minutes after the deposit
-
@ccminer I'm only speculating here, we need one of the wallet devs to investigate. But if a majority or large number of wallets are all peered with a wallet that is getting stuck, it could be holding up transactions until whoever it belongs to unsticks it.
-
-
@ccminer The issue is determining which wallet - if it is even one - is causing the problems.
-
@haitch By the way is there a fast line to contact POLONIEX, maybe you or someone?
Because I think they should fix their deposit and withdrawals, I'm super sure that because of this BUST is loosing many users
-
@ccminer I've not had any contact with them, but I know daWallet has.
-
@haitch maybe we can mention @daWallet , I think this issue should be addressed ASAP for the benefit of BURST
-
I just use a normal support tickets. Tell them as a crowd that you are unhappy about the delays and 20 confirmations... At some point the have to do something.
-
@haitch it is any 1.2.5 wallet
-
@daWallet 20 confirmations can even be ok!
but I guess that this issue do not depends on them but on "us"
-
@Zeus oh dear I hope this gets sorted soon.. as I also want to introduce more peeps into Burst but most are not techies, they are just like me, investors lol..
-
I didn't get if this issue is being addressed in some way?
I'm ready to help if I can.
Please let us know
-
@ccminer I addressed it to the Dev channel in the Alttech and it was quite a discussion between Dev's some hours ago... I can assure you that this is being taken care!
-
My AIO wallet stuck again in block 305003. CAn someone fix it?
-
Have you tried to close it completely (also in tray) and restart it again?
-
@daWallet Yeah, says here http://util.burst-team.us:8888/ that is forked.
