Burstcoin vs Siacoin
-
Functionality wise. I don't get Burst. You just plot and mine(not sure how it works.) With Sia you host your drive space and others pay you to use it. Sia doesn't currently have a lot of users so you don't get great payouts. Just wondering

Burst uses you harddrive for mining, SIA, SJCX and others pay you for sharing space.
Burst only needs very low bandwidth, others may need a lot more.

@burn1ngf1re @luxe So I am confused about sia. Is it similar to burst except you are storing data and you get rewarded for storing that data?
-
sharing space will always require a lot of bandwidth i guess ... so it is not about capacity but about bandwidth, mainly upload.

@mathew U r hosting ur hard drive space to another user. so then the guest pays the host in their cryptocurrency, Siacoin
