[SOLD-OUT] CCMINER_100TB new asset!

  • @RichBC @ccminer I support the decision real time data is the only way.

As for his wallet being stable I have faith in ccminer! He already took great steps to reduce the forking of his wallet. I will keep him updated on bad IP's when they pop up. So in this since he will have a more secure wallet than any of the pools or exchanges.

  • @crutsy
After I added the list of bad peers you provided me I faced no problems anymore, even if I think that the network glitch has been resolved in general!
Thank you for your will to keep me updated on bad IPs.

  • Great work!

Can we make it 200TB, or Perhaps more?

    I'll invest.

  • @lawandpipe thank you!
As I wrote already here in this thread, within few days I'm going to issue a new asset which goal will be reach 1 000TB. Just hold on a bit more ;)

I really don't think you should dump that much BURST... I am wholeheartedly against dumping that much BURST... you realize that 1000TB is a LOT of BURST, right?

Do you really think that it's a great idea to DUMP that much BURST to build this asset?

I mean, I respect you as a member of the community, but I'm wholeheartedly against doing this... we've been working very hard to build up the base level of BURST price... and doing this... with THAT much BURST... is going to drastically impact the price...

I would REALLY appreciate it if you were to do this, if you would please sell your asset in BTC, or something else...

You realize it would be 33 BTC worth of BURST?

Doing this in a smaller amount, is whatever, but this large of an amount... I'm wholeheartedly against it.

I don't know how others feel about this... but that's my opinion, and I know it's the opinion of others as well...

I mean, if we were at a thousand sat, I would probably be okay with it, but we're at 77...

  • Here's an image to show...

This shows, you launched your asset on the 13th of November... Right after this there was a steady downtrend, when before that we had a floor above 120... Yes, BTC increase played a part here, but asset releases like this, that DUMP coins in order to buy hardware... in HUGE amounts... also contributed to the downtrend...

Doing this with 33 BTC worth of BURST, would have a MUCH larger effect.

I simply don't understand why we would encourage dumping a bunch of coins in order to build an asset of this size. I understood people backing smaller assets doing this, to a point... but IMO BURST cannot handle a 33BTC dump at this time.

I agree and was my main motivation, as opposed to price, in significantly investing in Adam's Mining Asset.

Perhaps to encourage this there needs to be a more formal mechanism to allow Burst Asset purchase in BTC, that then automatically makes the Asset trade-able in Burst?

    Rich

  • @crowetic How dare you say I dump the price!
I do not even reply to this idiotic accusation!

There is something coming that will allow for direct BTC-BURST trades, in the near future.

I don't understand how you can think that dumping 33BTC in BURST is NOT going to affect the price...

I also don't quite get, why you think that doing this in the first place is a good idea...

I would definitely like to hear your rebuttal to this.

@crowetic A week after @ccminer released his asset the price was 68 Satoshis, so the price has gone UP since then.

A slow release of Burst is not going to dump the price. We went over this about Socals asset.

  • @haitch said in [ANN] CCMINER_100TB new asset!:

The thing I'm worried about here, haitch, is that he's got a solid reputation, he will sell the asset FAST, then when he does, it will all be dumped. Which will not be good.

  • @haitch I never dump any coin, I trade them, since 2013 when I started with crypto!
It is in my own interest to get the higher price, because I'm working with BURST as well.
THinking that I'm dumping like a dumb is quite ridiculous and offensive as well.
PLUS I can see a conflict of interest, because crowetic has more than one asset, my first asset was quite succesfull and I guess he is simply trying to use his position to put my future project under a bed light!

    This is quite ridiculous!

  • admin

@crowetic Look at how he's managed it so far - sell some of his asset, sell those burst, buy disks, plot them, then when they're mining, repeat. We're talking maybe a couple of hundred dollars a week when the coin is doing $7,000 a day.

  • @crowetic what about a compromise? What if @ccminer releases the asset on a set schedule, spaced out so that it doesn't cause too much rapid "dumping" of burstcoins? For example, instead of increasing capacity and dumping coins to purchase new hardware as each release of assets is sold out, what about waiting a period of say 1 week before the next set of assets are released. Would that help?

  • @vier23 I never dump a coin I put sell orders and cancel them if the price rise to maximise the earning.
I have money already and more than one disk I bought with my money in advance because the price was too low!
As I said this is a programmed bad pubblicity before launching my new asset!

  • @haitch Thank you! To put a bit of smartness in this crazy nonsensical accusation, and I repeat quite offensive!

I insist that this is a plan to put my future project under bad lights, for some personal (or friends) benefit, quite sad! :(

    This is quite ridiculous!

For one, just because I have assets, does not mean there's a conflict of interest...

Second, and very importantly, the assets that I have, and the ones that I will release in the future, have the things that are backing them BEFORE selling them.

I'm still going back to the same thing that I've said before, that an asset is NOT something that you DON'T have.

I will never be okay with an asset that is started with nothing, and dumps coins in order to acquire something with which the asset will be backed.

We can argue about this all day if you'd like, call it a conflict of interest if you like, but as far as I see it, launching an asset with nothing, and dumping coins given to you by the community to acquire something, is not what should be done.

  • @ccminer I was quoting crowetic. But I think what crowetic is concerned about is the fact that you would be selling a lot of burstcoins (dumping) to buy the hardware, which would affect the value of burstcoin. I was merely suggesting a compromise where you perhaps do this a little slower on a planned schedule, vs doing it immediately after your current release of assets sell out. I think this would help to a certain extent.

Don't get me wrong ccminer, I do appreciate your hardwork and am a happy investor in your asset. I'll let you guys sort it out. I just wanted to put in my two cents
