I think having Identity verification to Issue Assets is a good idea to help address the concerns of scamming occurring on the asset exchange etc. But charging (5000 burst)/making a business from identity verification is unfair and defeating the purpose. Not all users are from USA or other developed countries and can afford to spend 5000 burst or even have 5000 burst just to get verified to issue an asset on a decentralized system. Unless their is a less costly way developed to get verified, some of us will use other methods to verify ourselves to potential investors (like Youtube video clearly showing Drivers licence and a recent utility bill or National Insurance payment slip showing our address). In Trinidad & Tobago USD $1 = TT $6.77 You do the maths to see how much 5000 burst coins is worth to me. Where I'm from and many other Caribbean countries and third world countries their isn't anywhere to buy bitcoin to even start since coin base doesn't work for us to link bank accounts and their is no bitcoin atm in the region to buy bitcoins and very few people even know about crypto currency. Since burst coin faucets pay out an average of 3 coins per day with only 3 operational on any given day It takes the average person months to get 5000 burst coins from a third world country even if you are mining burst coins using your pc. You are making the experience more challenging for people from under developed countries to equally participate/utilize the burst coin asset issuing feature, hence limiting growth and development of burst generally. I plan to issue an asset in the near future but I will not be paying 5000 burst to get verified, sorry. I will consider the IPO escrow insurance though. We should make important features like Identity verification very cheap if not free to encourage all user to get verified. Think about the bigger picture of expanding the entire burst community and creating more trade volume and not only about finding ways to fill your own pockets.
