Problems with mining...
-
@chyna88 Type in the E: and it should work
So at the C: prompt Type E: [ press enter ] to get to that drive... Then do the PlotsChecker.exe from there
-
@chyna88 Oh it looks like you are RePlotting though. If you Replotted you won't need to do this step. It is only to check the integrity of the Plot itself
-
Hey CryptoNick! Thanks alot...I think it's okay now! I'm just waiting for my Drive E to finish plotting! Thank you SO much for your help! ::D

-
Question.....How come it's taking SOOOO long to plot! I mean it hasn't moved in over 2 hrs. from 17 percent! Is my CPU and memory over-loading maybe?

-
-
@chyna88 You're welcome! It looks like you have 0.0 MB throughput on E: though. Something not right with that file still and only goes to 70 Percent. Try restarting and see if it gets to 100%. I have this happen the first time I scan a plot sometimes too.
-
Restarting? like delete the file and try to plot again? I know that whenever I try to plot again, the MB is always very low...what can I do?
-
okay...I'll try again....
-
If you run plotchecker over the unfinished plot file (which is still plotted in parallel!) you will get undesired results of course.
Does it stay at 17%? Then it won't proceed anymore - the plotchecker renamed it and the plotter now can't do the rest of the job. Don't plotcheck during plotting!
@chyna88 Close the plotter and don't delete anything. Just keep on plotting the rest of your drive. It will automatically start a second file where the first stopped.

Hi! I thought I was mining just fine, but I keep seeing this, and I used the plotschecker and it said everything checked ok. So am I mining properly or is it still overlapped? Help

-
Hi @chyna88 ,
One of your plots is ending at 502240688 but another one start at 502226497 so you got around 14000 nonces that are useless.
If your plots contain same nonces, that's what you call "overlapp"Ben
-
@chyna88 14000 nonces is not very much. I would ignore that. :)
