  • @gpedro it reminds of poloniex where you have to go to nearest satoshi, like qora where price is already so low, increments are like 7% between places to buy and sell

  • I've seen it before in NXT about a year ago on some asset. no clue what happened or what the explanation was, but it might have something to do with the fact that the asset has 8 decimals... hmmm

for f sake! i run the only asset here with 8 decimals!

  • Anyway, soon enough the price will be high enough that it needs no decimals/fractions. All it takes is a bit of adoption and that fucking exchange to list it already :)

  • @nameless I know i saw this before with some asset but i don't recal what was... I thinked it was with the first asset you created to silver but it wasn't... idk what's the reason xO

  • @nameless hi nameless....I do not mean to be rude or offensive in anyway... I have all of your other assets btw.....just a few questions about this new asset of yours....

    1. you created this asset backed up by 7000 of your own money
      (Which will be yours always)
    2. selling shares worth close to 7000
(Which eventually will cover your 7000 if all shares are sold)
3)10-20 years later- your 7000 becomes 70000 thru your clever investment strategies (just an example)
(70000 which is still yours because dividends will never be paid)
    3. 10-20 years our share prices stay stagnent
( share prices only will increase if a new buyer comes in, doesn't mean that your 7000 increase to 70000 will boost investors share price to 10-20x)
    4. the way I see it , it benefits more to you yourself then the other investors

Please correct me if I'm wrong.... and sorry if I offended you in anyway....

  • @evilfire oh dear lord kids stop apologizing! no offense here, just fair questions

The 7k stays in the fund :) . I don't take that out. And all the rest of the money raised through shares sale is getting invested into the fund as well. At the late stages of shares sales, the fund should be valued at somewhere in the area of 800k dollars or more.
This benefits EVERYONE, not just me. I as well have shares in this. Forgot to redeem my HZ ones, but i'm in no rush. I'm sure i can trust myself for a fair redemption :)

Anyway, so forget about my initial 7k. That belongs to the fund. And all the BURST and BTC i will raise from shares belongs to the fund as well. It all goes into the same pool.We all grow in this together. I don't have any advantage here. I'm a regular shareholder just like the rest of you kids.

  • @nameless Dont call us kids, father.

  • @IIOBrocker it's a figure of speech i started using lately for some reason... can't seem to shake it off but i mean well :)

  • And one more thing @everyone. Remember this started on HZ and migrated here.

I only put 5k dollars from my own pocket. The other 2k is actually shares that have been sold over in HZ (soon to be redeemed for BURST shares) , and i have almost 2k more to put soon :) . We will be at 9k dollars as soon as i get some good prices to exchange the coins for USD

As i said... as more shares are sold, the larger the account grows. I don't spend our money on hookers , i invest it :)

  • @nameless This is how i imagine u right now

    0_1476327504925_CoKF9SEXEAEXNH3.jpg

Dont ask me why, its just a feel.

  • @IIOBrocker that pic is hinting con artist i think...

sorry i make you feel that way.

the economics behind this asset are perhaps a bit too advanced and may seem ''scammy'' to some. Perhaps your feeling will change over time when you realize what i'm really doing here...

Oh well, time will tell :)

  • @nameless Yeah its ok mate, do what u want to do, or what u need to do. I will buy a lot of ur new asset.

Bdw, like u said, the time will tell us all. But i cant wait 20 years to see the results lol.

  • @IIOBrocker results are always live :)

    http://402.business/post-304/

20 years is how long i plan to run the asset for :P

  • haha @stupendelious nice move with your sale at 7 :)

See, that's exactly what i was talking about. The abrupt price rise opens up room for speculation and long term investment as well . My points are starting to get proven. I like that

  • I'm always slightly hesitant when investing into these assets. I am slowly warming up them tho. I'm also 100% hopeful that Burst goes to the moon and reaches levels that makes everyone here afford beach front property.

    But what if it doesn't?

Is there a contingency plan in place that can switch this asset from one coin to another? After all, we are talking about a 10+ year investment that is similar to a 401K (which btw is a bad word). It's very concerning that their isn't a sort of trapeze net in case Burst does not develop like it should.

That being said, what attracted me to this investment is the Forex aspect of it. Currency exchanges have been around for a long time. Correct me if I am wrong, but I read that the Forex exchange see 1Trillion in fiat currency being exchanged on a daily basis. Which could mean that this asset could potentially be one of the biggest assets Burst has.

I have put some Burst into this and will continue to do so like the other assets. It's not collecting interest just sitting in my wallet gathering digital dust.

I wish there was an easier way to deposit Burst into all these Assets. Kind of like when you receive a check from your job. Only we would have control when and how much we would like to do a disbursement to the assets. That would be very nice.

  • @socalguy there is a plan.

If BURST ever fails, the 402 capital is invested into forex and other projects i will find to invest in anyway.
That being said, another coin can be found to switch shares and the shares price will be recalculated if the switch is ever needed. Just like i made the quick switch from HZ over here, i can do the same from BURST to whatever else. So no worries on that side.

And as far as BURST failing... that ain't happening. There's so much going on behind the curtain than meets the eye. In my short time here i managed to go very deep into BURST . I have already converted a lot of people to BURST and more are coming. We're working very close with crow, adsactly and a bunch more fine folk on a bunch of projects and things we can't disclose yet :)

So yeah...burst is not going to fail. Waaaayyy too much stuff being built on it and a ton more in development

  • Ok everybody. I'm gonna head to bed. The sun's about to come up and i'm still here looking at the screen. I need my beauty sleep...about 30 years of it

So don't panic if i'm not answering any questions that will follow right away. I'm sleeping :)

This means that in case of failure or giant drop on Burst you will pay people in USD ? Interesting...

I reckon this is a mistake. A happy asset manager is a good asset manager.
