T_T Almost gone.
That was some pretty damn good salsa.
My routine has been taking a tablespoon or two into a bowl of black beans and microwave for 2m30s. Comes out super bomb and spicy as heck. Healthy meal with plenty of complex carbs for less than a dollar all together. Haitch's Salsa makes it right.
Well my friend, I may have to figure something out for the special edition. :) Doh, just realized you have just a half pint.

Just tried some of this:
NZ Chili Eating Champs Hot Sauce
It's got a nice little bit of a bite to it ..... definitely up there with with my "Not Mild" and "Kit's special Edition".
It's a limited edition - got bottle #86 of 105.

@haitch I've been gonna pick up a bottle of some kind of "not mild" hot sauce, but it's a small town, the best i've found i think was some ghost pepper hot sauce, might try it out out of lack of a better option. That kit's special could be seriously dangerous, you know what would be really good, is a kit's special with the consistency of say... Tabasco or cholua, and a kit's special with the consistency of.... it's hard to explain, i spose i'd say its... would be the consistency of relatively watered down salsa, this restaurant that just went out of business recently here had this absolutely fantastic salsa that was really easily pour-able salsa, they just called it salsa, but it had some decent kick and was kinda... i don't wanna say watery, more like thin, it was very tasty and thin,with chunks in it and cilantro, something like that would be just marvelous, on some home made tacos with say... avocado, shrimp or fish (deep fried), shredded cabbage, all the typical stuff, with a white avocado sauce, man that sounds divine.

@KitsuneKitten take the Kit Special salsa and pule it in a blender, will break it down to a more liquid variety. Straight hot sauce is also on the agenda for this years menu .....
