Using Cloud storage
-
Hey guy. Well I am still on 69% plotting on my 299gb internal HD on my laptop. I began to research numbers to see a good amount of income to be helpful in my own case at least *not trying to strike it rich but trying to at least make it like a second job to pay house bills and be supportive. So what I came up with was I need for my own particular situation is 2PB of space to come up with a good income a month. I wonder since such would cost stupidly high price can I instead look for an unlimited cloud storage and use that for mining been able then to store such amount like 2PB a month of Bursts? I seen videos of people having 50TB of physical HDD but that in numbers came out to be around $50 a month and I really want to make it just good enough like I said to just cover half or more of some of my bills to make it feel like there is a second person in the house working and helping me out. Possible, functional, practical let me know ok.

wait you want 2PB? I was looking awhile ago about 1PB but the cost of it is insane. I found an article here saying it costs roughly $46,000 with 6TB hard drives to achieve just 1PB https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/34357/how-much-does-it-cost-to-buy-1pb-peta-byte I personally dont think it is not worth it as you never know where burst is gonna go. For cloud storage I suggest Amazon or google cloud. I have had them for roughly a week and they work pretty well. For cloud storage it is pretty hard to find a good host as they charge alot per month to get any income on mining and you wouldn't make a profit.

@mathew Well the way I see it is, if it works out at first and I see I am getting burst I would like to make it where I feel it is giving me a small monthly payout to cover ...what maybe one or two home bills you know. SO when I went online I did the calculator from burst to bt to money came out where I needed 2PB and should be getting with it an amount of up to 5million bursts a month. Yea I know its huge number in Burst but when transferred into money it came to be a small number actually. You figure you be making with such high burst a huge amount to like not even have to work, nope is not even close to cover you to do this as a full time job. I don't want to go into Bitcoin straight but I like to see where this takes me also.

@Randomtraveler I suggest you just buy bulk HDD's and farm them at home as cloud storage would be cool but at the moment its not producing an ROI.
