Am new to burst mining i have download the software and install, below is what i see on my screen, please i want to know if its right or wrong. Thank you all.

Everything is ok. After you set reward assignment, that warning message will be removed.

Let me explain that WARNING thing ... your burst address BURST-xxxx- ... is generated out of your choosen passphrase ... but there are unlimited phassphrases leading to same burst address.
But once you make a outgoing transaction (send burst or send message or do reward assigment etc.) the passphrase is bound to that address and all other passphrases that would result in that address, too. Will not work anymore ... thats all. So nothing to worry about.

So, in order to breach a "registered" account I guess you would need to type exactly the same password that someone uses, and that's it? Or is our Burst address secured in some other way?

Choose a very secure passphrase, the passphrase is the only protection of your account.
Your passphrase is your account.
You can access it from anywhere with that passphrase ... local or online.
All you have to backup is your passphrase!
It is not possible to recover that passphrase if you loose it!
