Transformer TF101 - Transformed into a serious Burstcoin Miner
Working thank you for last update.
Yes take out your old tablets and start mining with them. Since the last android wallet update it plots great. Plots to whatever media you have and, Mines Fast.
P.S. I flashed Kitkat Rom 4.2 a longtime ago.

anyone tried using odroid c2? I had problem ..could not ploting and mining.. sudenly exit need help....
thx
-
@daWallet this isn't possible with iPhone? I have 2 that I can out to some use ;)
-
@samreader1 Not for now... Apple store charge a annualy fee for developpers and i believe it's not that low x(
-
@gpedro hah, that sucks for iPhone users but your explanation makes sense, thank you sir!
-
@samreader1 I'm sure it will be some iOS developper pretty soon willing to help with that... xD
But in iphone you can still use burst through your browser... you just can't mine xD
-
The problem with iOS is Apple, the approval process for loading an App into the store does not have provisions for a tool such as burst. Apple is almost the opposite of a decentralized self administrated utopia. Think about it, the only way to get an iPhone is to buy it from a valid authorized Apple dealer of which there are few and your only choice for O/S is iOS and the market place is heavily monitored by Apple.
sigh My Apple diatribe.

Hey @daWallet i can say the app works extremely well on a asus transformer TF300T running CM12 on android 5.1.1
Plotting 20gb now
-
Is there anyway you can add an option to set the location of the plot files I now have the ability to map A network location to a local folder on my android device and I want the ability to test pulling plot files across a network connection
-
@Njcfamily31907 How can you do that? you can only do this with a drive inside the same network or do you know someway of map a cloud to a folder in your android? I can map a cloud to my phone but only at an app level not system level x(
-
This could be done, I have re-written all the code of application read/write for plots. Currently it is simple but it could be tuned and modified to allow for user preferences by simply changing one of the util functions to return an array of locations instead of the "best path" which is what I am currently doing in an attempt to simplify the user experience.
After 2.0 Goes Public (could be in the next 48 hours) I intend to do a crowd fund for version 2.1 where I already have some ideas on tap and I'll send a solicitation for others.

@IceBurst So cool mate... i really can't imagine how far the Android paths could take us man xD TO THE MOON hahaha
-
@gpedro The "Settings & Preferences" sections I have on paper for v2.1 is the part that takes a standard wallet and miner and converts it into the miner and wallet that works the way "YOU" want it to. I'm excited to share these road map items in the near future.

@Njcfamily31907 I forward the good feedback to IceBurst. He is the man with the plan now. :)
