Whres my Burstcoins?
-
@haitch Decided to do a from scratch download of the block chain - give it 2-3 hours.
-
i just checkt my wallet. still missing
-
@KeenHero 1440 blocks are around 4 days. That's the point Coins in limbo will be credited...
We are still checking how this could even happen.
-
okay ty for the help guys
-
@administrators Sorry to disturb you're fantastic work :-), but how the blockex works? The incriminated transactions are still there after haitch's fix...
-
@Dario-s-wallet I do not know how exactly the blockex (burstcoin.biz) works internal, but i'm sure it uses own database that is just updated with new blocks ... so on bugs whatever, it may not be in sync with real chain.
But you can always use the build-in blockex in your wallet.

Just insert AccountId, TransactionId or BlockId etc. in the Search field and hit Enter!
-
Double transactions, that got automatically fixed today on burstcoin.biz
3537284 (10369347799833528361)
3537285 (10709462674716980746)
3537292 (1257759143199373512)
3537286 (12909489654271267035)
3537287 (13742823705750297664)
...
and more.
So after some time the blockex repairs itself. It has its own database...The blockex of your wallet is more accurate.

Hi,
If I can bump the original query, I have 22,751.98 Burst still in limbo, (I think we have past the 4 day \ 1440 block now where they should have been credited?).
This is the one in question,
http://burstcoin.biz/transaction/15810475964771971687If you look at my account:
Total Received 389,562.53 Burst
Total Sent 0.00 Burst
Balance 366,805.55 Burst'Received' minus 'Balance' >> 22,756.98 so maybe missing a 5 Burst faucet drop too..
Any idea when coins will appear in my wallet (I note the transaction has completely disappeared from the wallet now (before it was displayed but unconfirmed).
Thanks in advance.
-
@cyrixboy Now, that all should be ok in the system because the transaction disappeared from the blockchain (I've checked your account by my non-forked wallet), your 22,756.98 burst are still stocked in Poloniex account, and probably Poloniex don't know that. It's like the transaction never even happened for the blockchain, but maybe it's not like that for Poloniex database. You have to ask for a refund...
-
so i dont know whats up now but i still dont have my coins... bittrex wont give me anythink back coz they see in blockchain its confirmed and the case is done for them so wtf is up now? i lost alsomst 100$ now.....
-
@Bheleboy This is not the post for that but you are mining, just 100Gb isn't much maybe you can try other pool what you are looking for is green lines on your miner?! That is a Acepted DeadLine, and after 24h of you getting your first BURST in the pool you will get payed, values over 300 are autopaid instantly so if you win a block you will receive a payment on your wallet some minutes after. If you have any doubts open a post on Help and support or mining and plotting areas...

@Dario's-wallet
I have to concur with Dario, should we be having to raise tickets with different Exchanges to sort this ?
-
@cyrixboy Sorry I meant concur with KeenHero..
-
@KeenHero
Tell the support of bittrex that burstcoin.biz BlockExplorer relies on a SQL database, that cleans up orphaned transactions after weeks, not after 1440 Blocks. They should use the integrated blockexplorer of their Burst Wallet or the Online Wallet to check the transactions:
14982262197722099075
14032974847221839620Tell them exactly the amounts of these transactions, and that they got it re-credited in their wallet some days ago.
I'm telling you this as one of the owners of burstcoin.biz.
(Haitch and me will look into it, that wrong transactions get cleaned up after 1440 blocks in the future, too.)

@deWallet ty i got my coins refunded at bittrex!!! its all ok now
