Long time downloading blockchain

I've been mining Burst off and on since June. My online wallet is up to date and current, but my local wallet (same account) has been downloading the blockchain for several days now and won't finish. According to the little blockchain window it appears to be stuck at about 99% downloaded, but it won't finish. Any suggestions?
By the way I'm currently mining as well as plotting a new hard drive, if that makes a difference.

Also, by the way, the blockchain download is stuck on 8/14/16.

@spread67 If you're still plotting, then wait before closing it down. In the meantime change to the online wallet. When plotting has finished, restart the AIO and the wallet should complete syncing.

OK, I finished plotting a couple days ago, and I've restarted the client a couple times, but my local wallet is still downloading the blockchain. Again it appears to be 99% complete, but won't finish. Would redownloading the client help? I'm using the latest version. My online wallet is up to date as far as the blockchain goes, but the last updated transaction on my local wallet is from 8/14/16. Thanks for any help.

Maybe you should delete your blockchain and redownload it. You can find it in /User/Appdata/Roaming/BurstWallet/burst_db (Appdata folder is hidden!) and then delete it when the wallet is closed.
For a faster sync you can download a copy of the Blockchain here: db.burst-team.us
or do it the slow way by simply starting the client.Good luck.
