Mining for 2 days. Seeing 87D but haven't received mining burst
-
Good Afternoon-
I have started mining for almost 2 days but I not seen any burst into my account. I only see the bursts that I got from the faucet. I see in the account that I have 87D, I am assuming that I was able to complete 87 deadlines. Shouldn't I in turn get some bursts? Can you please help?
My account id is BURST-2VK6-XJDE-G47S-6CLJT
I am mining on 320 GB WD driveThank you for your help!

@samreader1 Check this out: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KHu9BWwy_QXIYAx2m_Tzs9BqPoTYUDhEDbHihZEXGsE/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=81124645
There is a tab called recommended plot. As you can see it is about 12 tb at pool.burst-team.us. Try mining at pool.burstcoin.eu. This pool fits your amount of mining power.
-
thank you @BurgerBaron
apologies. I changed my pool to pool.burst-team.us but it says asks me to change the reward assignment:
Am I messing it up on my end?
-
@samreader1 You changed it to .eu (i think that it was you meant to say) :). When you click start mining in your wallet you see 'change reward assignment'
click 'change reward assignment'.
In the first box enter your passphrase,
In the second box enter the address of .eu
which is: BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRYhere is the guide: http://forums.burst-team.us:4567/topic/179/quick-guide-to-the-aio-wallet-plotter-miner
Please take a look at the how to tutorial section

I swear I did that before too:
Now when I am trying it again I get a different message:
{"requestProcessingTime":2,"error":"Cannot reassign reward recipient before previous goes into effect: {"timestamp":63831380,"ecBlockId":"12999989474357612199","amountNQT":0,"ecBlockHeight":263873,"subtype":0,"attachment":{"version.RewardRecipientAssignment":1},"feeNQT":100000000,"senderPublicKey":"8f1c4e1c7c2c310f6f4c3adb54b0333a42870cc6920a712a41900fa8d67d8e3b","type":20,"deadline":1440,"signature":null,"recipient":"18401070918313114651","version":1}"}
I think I should wait for another 20 minutes (it said ~16 minutes) earlier and try again. I'll keep you updated.
-
You should wait 4 blocks for it to complete! Then you can just start mining, happy bursting!
-
@samreader1 US pool payouts were delayed due to the overnight forking - payments should be going out now.
-
Thank you @haitch, makes a lot of sense!
I am back in business. Real quick, I was using http://pool.burst-team.us/ before to look at the assignment. Is there a similar link for the pool.burstcoin.eu? I tried http://pool.burstcoin.eu and https://pool.burstcoin.eu but both didnt work (even with 8124 and 8125 ports added at the end)
-
@samreader1 You can continue to use the wallet at http://pool.burst-team.us, or https://pool.burstcoin.eu - it gives a cert error as the wallet is actually associated to a burst-team.us certificate, or the general wallet.burst-team.us link.
-
This is definitely nothing urgent so please feel free to ignore or respond later.
Sorry, when I open 'http://pool.burst-team.us/ I am not seeing my wallet in the list of (current/historic) shares.
When I hit, https://pool.burstcoin.eu/, I get the following vmware page :)
Is there a page similar to http://pool.burst-team.us/ where I can see my shares too?
-
@samreader1 sorry, that should have been https://pool.burstcoin.eu:8125
-
I've used this link to get to my account which is essentially is a wallet (if I am seeing this right) but I was looking for the interface like this for the pool I am using ( pool.burstcoin.eu):
-
@samreader1 Oh I thought you were looking for the wallet; the pool display is at that url: http://pool.burstcoin.eu
-
Apologies for not being clear, @haitch . This was exactly what I was looking for, thank you!!
-
@BurgerBaron What is 4 blocks waiting time in human time (hours, minutes)?
-
@rnahlawi 16 minutes on average.... but the variance is high... you can check the block times here: burstcoin.biz.
