We are going to be updating the pool, if you're mining on port 8020 please switch it to 8124 as soon as possible. Your miner will no longer connect port 8020 after the update. All miners on port 8020 need to be switched by March 23 at 11:30 PM EST USA. The update will start at 11:30 PM EST USA, and the pool should be back by 12:00 PM EST USA. The update is to fix the payouts, over paying, and some other bugs. We're updating to lex pool code version 2.01.
Ok a little update! I have been working on a mobile friendly html and thanks to lexicon he helped over a small hurdle! Whether I use it as main page or a small device redirect is up to you guys. I am setting it up to run on all devices but you have to wait to see it . Might be best for a tablet and cell phone than a large monitor like I have. Should get done in a few days lol chrome is also holding me back but I dont give up.
I bought some more assets (15k burst) I know it isnt much but said it would be slow without some help. All the dividend will be going to the miners so really isnt much to lose. This project plus Burst Bash should make for some nice little rain. I have received a couple donations so far and really appreciate the help. I also got 1000 trosskarma coins to figure what to do with. An idea I have and you are right its going to be a plus for my miners. Have to watch out might spoil you guys.
There are 2 strange things that I noticed these last days on my Burst address :
It is the 2nd time my address sends automatically a 1 Burst fee to the 'Burst4All Pool Main'. It seems to be a fee for receiving something but on the meantime I didn't gain anything yet... So I wonder what is going on ?
each time a bit after, I get this message :
'You are most likely on a fork (You have forged the last 10 blocks).'
What does this mean ?
Note my Burst address is :
@rds I can't change the program - that's the issue. I made one tiny change to it a couple of years back, it took me 2 days to figure out the command line to compile it - the command line was over 800 characters long. What I'm doing is setting the auto payout threshold very high, then when I want to trigger the payout dropping it back to 300. The pool still does the payouts, the manual part is that I can control when they happen.
i´m in to burst mining since a month now and most of the time I "tried" to mine on your server, because
I like it "when" it runs. But I can´t remember, that I mined 3 days in a row without any problems. I wasted so many Burst an kw/h while sleeping and thinking everything runs ok, only to find out the other morning that this server has hung up again.
I don´t expect it run always because I know Burst is more or less in beta right now but this server has severe problems.
This is not a " gimme my moneyZ back !!11" rant, I just want this to be spoken out. As for now I will mine somewhere else.
